It will last up to the point where one person must give up themselves to please the other person. Sometime even Christian do this or unbelievers adapt...maybe for a little bit to establish a relationship. This is why we shouldn't date unbelievers for they will pull you down. Sometime while dating a believer, they will pull you down because they haven't dealt with their issues. Of course a believers is more willing to do thing for Christ, but an unbeliever can do stuff for ultimately themselves first...then you.

God doesnt want us to be unequally yoke... which means He doenst want us to have relationship with those who doesnt have the same beliefs, values, ect... He said in His Word... " what relation does light have with darkness"... NOTHING! if you are a Christian God call us the light of the world. Those who do not belive in Christ is in darkness. There is no relation... So to answer your question, In my opinion, one of the relationship will not last either your relationship with Christ or your relationship with that person.
